Students have the option to include background audio during their practice tests, designed to alleviate test anxiety by simulating the sounds of a classroom. This feature allows users to select from varying levels of background noise—minimal, moderate, or maximum—creating a customizable testing atmosphere.

Moreover, SAT Audio Proctor is beneficial for educators and tutors as well, providing an efficient solution for administering tests to groups of students. Users can decide whether to proctor a complete SAT exam (with or without the optional Essay) or focus on individual sections.

Bobby Hood lends his expertise as the voice of the test proctor in the app. He achieved an impressive SAT Superscore of 2400 on the previous version of the test and scored 1580 on the revised SAT (790 in both Verbal and Math). His qualifications are further bolstered by membership in Mensa and the Triple Nine Society, acknowledging his exceptional intellectual capabilities. Additionally, Hood is affiliated with Noodle Pros, a network of highly experienced academic and test preparation tutors.
